Brainstorm Blog #2

I am not exactly sure what approach I am going to take on this project. So far I have thought about making a tik tok filter that detached your head and it spins away in a portal? I am not the biggest fan of Blender. Mainly because of having to learn all the new controls, but also how specific each move you make has to be. I commonly forgot to square up during the bird lab, which obviously ended in having a wonky bird. I think it will be a good learning curve for me but I do not have many ideas of what I can create using this platform. I think making progress within the program was very rewarding but I ran into a lot of issues that nearly ended in a tantrum. So moving forward, I want to maybe write a key for myself to remember certain controls, or remind myself to square up after each move. I really want to avoid having to redo certain steps for the final project, because that made me fall behind many times during the labs. Overall, I think I am most excited to put my own creative spin on whatever filter I choose to make, and get to show off to my friends. I think it is cool to be able to pull up an actual filter on Tik Tok and say “I made that”. But in the end, I am ready to move onto the next project and continue utilizing my skills in Adobe programs.
